This Privacy Policy explains how TCG Set List (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit tcgsetlist.com or contact us. TCG Set List is the operator responsible for the practices described here.
Information you provide
The website has no accounts, comments, checkout, newsletter, or contact form. We receive personal information only when you choose to email us. That information may include your email address, name, organization, message, attachments, and any other details you provide.
We use correspondence to answer questions, correct site content, investigate technical or security issues, handle privacy and rights requests, maintain necessary records, and comply with legal obligations. Please do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
Information processed when you visit
TCG Set List is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. When you request a page, Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, including your IP address, request date and time, requested URL, referring URL, browser or user-agent information, device and system configuration, traffic-routing information, and security signals. Cloudflare may create network, diagnostic, and security logs from this information.
We use this processing to make the site available, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and protect the site and its visitors. Cloudflare handles information under its own Privacy Policy.
Local storage and cookies
The site stores one preference, tcg-theme, in your browser’s local storage so your light or dark theme remains selected. This value stays on your device and is not used to identify you, profile you, or track activity across websites. You can remove it through your browser settings; the site will then use its default theme.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or cross-site behavioral tracking. Cloudflare may use cookies or similar mechanisms strictly when needed to provide security, network, or reliability functions. TCG Set List does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Third-party images and links
When image display is enabled, card thumbnails load directly from the official Pokémon Asia website. That third party receives the technical information normally required to deliver an image, such as your IP address and user-agent information. TCG Set List instructs the browser not to send a referrer with those image requests.
Card entries and other pages may link to third-party websites. If you follow a link, the destination site may collect information under its own privacy policy. We do not control third-party websites or their data practices.
Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary for our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the site; responding to messages and requests; establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims; and maintaining accurate records. We also process information where necessary to comply with law, take steps you request before entering an agreement, or act with your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
How information is disclosed
We may disclose relevant information only:
- To Cloudflare and service providers that host, secure, deliver, or support the site or our email service.
- To professional advisers when reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, security, or compliance matters.
- When required by law, legal process, or a valid government request.
- To investigate abuse, protect rights and safety, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- As part of a merger, transfer, reorganization, or sale of the site, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not rent or sell contact emails or correspondence.
International processing
Cloudflare and other service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, providers use recognized safeguards for international transfers. See Cloudflare’s policy for details about its locations and transfer safeguards.
Retention
Browser theme preference remains on your device until you remove it. Cloudflare controls retention of the network and security data it processes for its services. We retain email correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, keep necessary business or rights-management records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the request; information is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to this static website and the information handled. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about processing; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a data-protection authority. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.
Send requests to contact@tcgsetlist.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe your request and the correspondence or information involved. We may ask for limited information to verify identity, authority, and applicable jurisdiction. Authorized agents should provide proof of authority. Rights are not absolute, and lawful exceptions may apply.
Children’s privacy
TCG Set List is a general-audience reference site and does not knowingly request or collect personal information from children. If you believe a child sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when site features, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised version will appear on this page with a new effective date. Materially different data practices will not begin before the relevant notice or consent is provided when required.
